1- In my opinion, the conversation classes are very effective because William makes them enjoyable, pays close attention to correcting grammatical and pronunciation errors, and incorporates common usages from native speakers.

2- William makes the classes enjoyable and practical because he is a fun person with enough experience to talk about any topic.

3- He has always adapted to my needs, both in terms of scheduling and in focusing on the areas of language learning I wanted to emphasize at any given time (speaking, writing, etc.).

4- I have improved a lot, especially in conversation classes, which is the aspect that matters most to me, because William makes sure to correct mistakes and keep the conversation flowing.

5- I started classes with William when I was working on improving my conversational English, and after my recent retirement, I have continued the lessons to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing time while continuing to learn.
